|"Jersey Fresh" Berries for Ice Pops|
Summertime...and the living is easy - and often, rather hot, too. So, I'm always looking for ways to cool off and refresh. I was thrilled to find this tempting recipe from The Recipe Club blog that focuses on chefs and cookbooks. This particular ice pop recipe is from the book People's Pops by Nathalie Jordi, David Carrell, and Joel Horowitz.
Try this deliciously refreshing, and easy, recipe for ice pops featuring "Jersey Fresh" raspberries (if they are in season). I imagine you could try it with blueberries, strawberries, or a combination of several berries, too. In any case, be sure to plan ahead; it takes 4 to 5 hours for the pops to freeze completely.
